When Nothing seems to work
“I just don’t know what to do anymore. I hate to see them so upset and angry all the time. They don’t talk to me anymore. I want to help them.”
If these words feel familiar, you’re not alone. You’ve likely tried the heart-to-hearts, the tough love, the endless reassurances — yet your child or teen still carries the weight of the world on their shoulders.
That’s where I come in.
A Different Kind of Space
I believe young people need somewhere with fewer rules and more choices. A place where they can say it exactly as it is.
My approach is deliberately laid-back and easy-going. There's less pressure here.
Beyond Words
Not every young person finds words easy. That's why I've worked with worry monster, dollhouses, chalk, sand, feeling Jenga - you name it, we'll find a way to connect through something that resonates with them. Sometimes the breakthrough comes through building something in sand, not sitting and talking.
Parents tell me how heavy it feels when they want to help but don’t know how.
When their kids have worked with me, parents often describe feeling:
Relieved — knowing their child has a safe space to share without pressure.
Reassured — that progress, even in small steps, is possible.
Supported — kids feel better and share stuff to help them.
Hopeful — watching your child slowly come back to themselves.
Support that works for your Child & Teen at their own pace
